Full Description

What To Expect Tesla’s Test team is seeking a Display Test Engineer to lead the validation of our industry-defining display systems. As the central interface for vehicle control and infotainment, our displays require rigorous testing to ensure uncompromised performance and reliability. You will develop comprehensive test plans and execute validation procedures at both the component and system levels to drive continuous design improvement. You will serve as a key technical liaison between Hardware, Software, Reliability, and external suppliers to resolve complex integration challenges. Ultimately, you will manage the testing lifecycle to ensure our displays meet the high standards required for the critical role they play in the Tesla driving experience.

What You'll Do

Test and validate Tesla’s Display designs before they hit production Collaborate with design and reliability teams to root cause failures Develop and maintain automation-focused test software to streamline execution, data collection and data analysis Manage and execute tests from initial setup and instrumentation through to completion, troubleshooting issues as they arise Design test plans to evaluate the impact of design decisions and make recommendations on the final vehicle design

What You'll Bring

$91,600 - $234,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
