Role & seniority: QA / SDET (SDET-2.5+ to SDET-4.5+ level range); individual contributor focused on test automation and quality standards.
Stack/tools: .NET, Python, Java, SQL Server, MySQL, Graph DB, SOLR; UI/API automation; Postman, JUnit, NUnit, TestNG, Selenium; open-source test frameworks; CI integration.
Test cutting-edge web/mobile applications at user and code levels; debug and understand software internals.
Develop, maintain, and own high-quality test automation and test harness/frameworks; contribute to CI solutions.
Independently manage tasks end-to-end and raise QA standards across products/services.
2+ years coding in Java, C#, .NET or C++.
2+ years test automation experience; UI and/or API test automation.
Knowledge of QA methodologies and tools; experience with XML/REST/SOAP web services.
Experience with open-source tools/frameworks (Postman, JUnit, NUnit, TestNG, Selenium); ability to implement a test harness.

ABOUT THIS TEAM
BOLD Platform services team design, creates, manage and maintains the highly scalable and distributed services for the wider use of web and mobile product applications/portals/websites. The current list of services is based on Microservices architecture whose domain ranges from visitor tracking, User profiles, authentication, content and payments.
Platform team uses state of the art modern technologies like .Net framework, Python, Java, SQL Server, My SQL, Graph DB, SOLR, and a lot of other tools & technologies serving millions of users with hundreds of million transactions everyday through a scalable and fault tolerant architecture.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Test cutting-edge applications and products at the user level and code level Be able to understand the software internals, debug issues, and write automated tests with scripting and automation tools Be individual contributors capable of taking up tasks from start to end with minimal assistance Assist in implementing and maintaining a Continuous Integration Solution Contribute and/or own the development of high quality test automation
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
2+ years coding experience in one or more of the languages Java, C#, .NET or C++ 2+ years test automation experience, developing/enhancing test harness/framework Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools UI and/or API level test automation expertise Experience with web service technology like XML, REST, SOAP Experience with open source test tools/frameworks like Postman, JUnit, NUnit, TestNG, Selenium Ability and experience with implementing a test harness framework
SDET- 2.5 years+ SDET-II- 4.5 years+
