Project Overview
In this role, you will support a leading financial services platform focused on debt relief solutions. You will join a collaborative, fast-paced product and development team dedicated to evolving a complex Salesforce ecosystem. The project involves building scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that enhance both customer and agent experiences. As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality of Salesforce-specific components (Apex, LWC, Flows) and cross-departmental integrations that drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Quality Strategy: Lead the testing efforts for complex Salesforce environments, including Lightning UI, Apex triggers, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Automation Framework Development: Design and maintain automated testing frameworks tailored for Salesforce and web service layers to ensure rapid, high-quality releases.
Data & Integration Testing: Perform deep-dive verification of backend systems and integrations using SQL/SOQL to validate data integrity across the platform.
DevOps & CI/CD Integration: Collaborate on the release management process using tools like Gearset and Jenkins to ensure seamless deployment cycles.
Agile Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into comprehensive test plans, ensuring coverage for e-signature tools and third-party integrations.
Must-Have Skills
5+ years of QA experience, with a minimum of 3+ years specifically testing Salesforce (Apex, Flows, LWC, Lightning UI). Proven experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks and scripting. Strong proficiency in writing complex queries using SQL and SOQL. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Jenkins, and GitHub. Solid understanding of backend, web service layers, and integration testing (including e-signature tools). Expertise in QA processes within Agile and DevOps environments. Fluent English for daily communication and technical documentation.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in the Financial Services or Debt Relief domain. Familiarity with the Lightning Design System (SLDS) Framework. Proficiency with Agile management tools like Jira and Confluence.
Time Zone & Collaboration
This role is 100% remote from LATAM and requires consistent overlap with teams in EST. Flexibility is expected to accommodate key ceremonies and collaborative sessions.
