What you’ll do: Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts within Salesforce environments. Partner with business users, developers, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into test strategies and test cases. What you need to bring: Education and Experience Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. 5+ years of QA experience with at least 3+ years in test automation (preferably with Salesforce platforms). 7+ years without a degree. Salesforce QA background with experience in Service Cloud and/or other Salesforce modules preferred. Salesforce Administrator or QA Automation certification is a plus. Knowledge and Skills Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Provar, or similar). Familiarity with Salesforce platform, including Lightning Experience, workflows, triggers, and APIs. Experience in validating Salesforce integrations with external applications using SOAP, REST, or middleware. Proficiency in writing and executing complex automation scripts and test cases. Strong analytical and debugging skills for identifying issues in large-scale enterprise applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and communicate test strategies, results, and quality risks. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise-level testing.
