Job Description Where you’ll work: Remote/ India As a Senior Salesforce Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our Salesforce implementations supporting Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and other business teams. You will be responsible for test planning, execution, automation, and issue resolution across customized Salesforce features, integrations, and managed packages. You will work in close collaboration with Salesforce developers, admins, architects, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver secure and robust solutions. Your Day to Day As a Senior Salesforce Quality Engineer, you would be working on Analyze business requirements, technical specifications, and user stories to design comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce projects. Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and custom solutions. Validate data integrity across Salesforce and integrated systems Log, track, and triage defects; work closely with development and admin teams to resolve issues Document and maintain QA artifacts, including test cases, test scripts, and test results Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, expected outcomes, and acceptance criteria Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices Participate in daily standups, sprint reviews, and defect triage sessions. Lead QA efforts on major Salesforce projects, integrations, or releases; mentor and provide guidance to mid-tier and junior QA team members. Define and implement overall test strategy, including test automation planning, selection of QA tools/frameworks, and non-functional (performance, security) testing What We’re Looking For As a Senior Salesforce Quality Engineer your background will look like: 5+ years hands-on QA experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and integrations) Proven track record of leading QA efforts on complex Salesforce implementations Strong experience with QA automation frameworks, scripting, and CI/CD integration Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and metadata Experience with integrated platforms (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and homegrown platforms) Experience designing and executing non-functional tests (performance, security, scalability) Excellent problem-solving, & leadership skills. ISTQB certification or equivalent QA certifications a plus; Salesforce certifications desirable.
