We are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer with strong experience in API testing and end-to-end (E2E) integration testing across multi-module systems. If you have hands-on experience validating Salesforce CRM integrations and ensuring high-quality releases across interconnected platforms — we want to speak with you.
🔎 Key Responsibilities Analyze requirements and develop end-to-end test scenarios across multi-module systems, particularly CRM-Salesforce integrations via APIs. Write and execute E2E UAT test cases covering Salesforce and downstream systems from an end-user perspective. Perform API testing (REST/SOAP) including payload validation, field mapping, and error handling. Identify, log, track, and manage defects in JIRA, collaborating closely with Developers and Business Analysts. Validate system integrations between Salesforce and external platforms. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, Retrospectives). Ensure clear documentation of test cases, results, and test coverage (Confluence / Zephyr / similar tools).
✅ Required Qualifications 5+ years of Software QA experience. Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / CPQ / Experience Cloud is a plus). Proven experience in API testing (Postman or similar tools). Strong understanding of E2E integration methodologies. Experience writing comprehensive UAT scenarios. Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
