About The Position
As a Senior Validation Engineer in our Mobile Power Solutions R&D team, you will be the technical reference for validation and testing of electronic systems. You will define and execute validation activities across the development lifecycle, ensuring reliability, performance, and robustness of power electronics solutions. Working hands-on with test benches (HIL/VIL) alongside hardware and firmware engineers, you will actively contribute to shaping how validation is performed within a growing R&D site.
Your Main Responsibilities
Design and define validation procedures and methodologies for electronic systems Lead and actively perform hands-on validation activities across the full development lifecycle, in accordance with applicable legislation and standards Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive improvements to meet performance and reliability standards Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (hardware, firmware, manufacturing, and supply chain) to ensure validation outcomes support product and business requirements
