About The Position
As a Senior Validation Engineer in our Mobile Power Solutions R&D team, you will own the validation strategy for power electronics systems and serve as the technical reference for system validation. You will define and execute validation activities across the development lifecycle, ensuring reliability, performance, and robustness of our solutions. Working hands-on on HIL/VIL test benches alongside hardware and firmware engineers, you will shape how validation is performed within a growing R&D site.
Your Main Responsibilities
Lead the validation strategy for power electronics systems by defining test plans, procedures, and methodologies to ensure performance and reliability in line with applicable standards and internal requirements. Own the design and development of the required test benches and automation (instrumentation, control, data acquisition, and reporting) to deliver reliable, repeatable, scalable testing aligned with the validation plan. Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions to improve products and ensure reliability and safety requirements are met. Collaborate closely with international, cross-functional teams (hardware, firmware, manufacturing, and supply chain) to ensure validation outcomes support product and business requirements.
