Role & seniority: QA Engineer (mid-level; team expansion to support agile delivery)
Stack/tools: Linux/Unix, .NET; Java/Kotlin and C++; Selenium WebDriver (Page Object pattern; JS basics); test-driven development (BDD); CI/CD; Kafka (nice-to-have); distributed Java projects; automation scripting
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts; create and execute test cases from user stories
Collaborate with development teams to define acceptance tests and ensure quality across releases
Act as quality lead during development/releases, identify bugs, coordinate remediation, and help improve CI/CD tooling and platform architecture
Proficiency in Java/Kotlin and/or C++; strong automated testing ownership
Experience with BDD and automated test design; ability to build/maintain automated scripts
Selenium WebDriver (Page Object, selectors, waits, timeouts; basic JavaScript for WebDriver)
Ability to analyze requirements, design tests, and work with agile teams
Kafka experience
Experience improving CI/CD toolchains and collaborating on architecture

A good knowledge of test driven development approaches such as BDD to support continuous delivery
Take ownership and responsibility for the design and development of all aspects of automated testing along with creation, execution, and maintenance of automated scripts
Experience in Kafka will be beneficial
Analyse, design, and build automated test cases based on acceptance criteria captured in user stories
Collaborating with development teams to develop quality products; working closely together to understand the functionality and devise acceptance tests at an appropriate test level, prioritizing both speed and quality to support continuous delivery
Act as a lynchpin for product quality activities during development & releases such as identifying bugs and coordinating remediation
Continuously improve the CI/CD toolchain and services in close collaboration with the agile programs and software engineers and the central architecture
Researching issues in software with remediation geared towards designing & developing test automation scripts
Contribution to the platform architecture and product solution design
Selenium WebDriver (Page Object pattern, selectors, waits, timeouts, FindElements, some minimal knowledge of JavaScript to use it together with WebDriver)
