Your future team The Test Services team is composed of highly skilled engineers who thrive on collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence. They collaborate closely with teams across QA and R&D to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. The team supports colleagues with guidelines and best practices when taking on new automation initiatives. As their manager, you will focus on motivating and aligning the team around a shared vision, supporting their professional growth, and helping them continuously improve the way they work. What you will do Axis Communications has one of the largest Quality Assurance departments in Sweden, reflecting our strong commitment to quality. As Engineering Manager for Test Services, your role is crucial in ensuring that the team’s work continues to make a real difference. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and coaching your team, fostering collaboration and high performance Defining the roadmap and priorities, ensuring alignment and value across QA and R&D Driving continuous improvement of test frameworks, tools, and processes Collaborating with QA managers and other stakeholders to align on delivery and strategy Supporting your team in navigating challenges and seizing new opportunities Who we are looking for You lead by example, balancing confident decision-making with coaching and mentoring.
