This is an individual contributor role requiring hands-on experience in test automation, mobile and API testing along with leadership capabilities to guide and collaborate with offshore teams. Ensure end-to-end quality by implementing testing strategies, automation frameworks, and best practices Work closely with developers, product and business stakeholders to align testing efforts with project requirements Act as a bridge between onshore and offshore QA teams, ensuring smooth coordination, knowledge sharing and timely issue resolution Drive and mentor QA team providing technical guidance and ensuring best QA practices are followed Collaborate in Agile environments, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives Continuously improve testing processes, identify gaps and implement automation where feasible.
