Visa: No Sponsorship Required We are looking for a Process Automation Engineer to support the analysis, design, and documentation of automation opportunities across business and technology workflows. This role focuses on understanding existing manual processes, defining clear automation requirements, and supporting delivery teams with well-structured inputs. Key Responsibilities Analyze existing manual and semi-automated processes to identify automation opportunities. Document current-state and future-state workflows using standard process modeling techniques. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, clarify, and validate automation requirements. Support automation initiatives by defining success metrics and tracking outcomes. Ensure proposed automation solutions align with upstream and downstream system dependencies. Required Skills & Experience Process & Analytical Skills Strong experience with process mapping and analysis using techniques such as flowcharts, BPMN, or value stream mapping. Proven ability to perform root cause analysis to distinguish value-added activities from inefficiencies. Hands-on experience in requirements engineering, including writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional/non-functional requirements. Ability to leverage process metrics (cycle time, error rates, volumes) to support automation decisions and measure impact. Technical & Automation Knowledge Solid understanding of process automation technologies, including RPA tools, workflow automation, APIs, and scripting concepts. Strong systems thinking, with the ability to understand how processes interact across multiple applications and platforms. Foundational knowledge of databases (SQL) and API-based integrations to support accurate data and interface requirements.
