Full Description

We are looking for a proactive Quality Engineer - Test Management to lead manual and automated testing activities across application and infrastructure teams. In this role, you will act as a lead in the testing execution area, ensuring test coverage, execution quality, and clear reporting of results. You will collaborate closely with application development teams (API) and infrastructure/hosting teams to guarantee that testing aligns with project requirements and delivery expectations.

This position requires strong testing expertise, the ability to work independently, and excellent coordination skills to manage test cases and communicate results effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Execution: Independently initiate manual testing exercises, review and execute test cases, and ensure coverage across application and infrastructure teams.

Coverage & Quality: Identify gaps in test cases and increase coverage when required, coordinating with project teams.

Reporting: Manage test case repositories, track execution results, and produce weekly/biweekly reports for project teams and sponsor leads.

Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing activities and project requirements.

Automation: Implement automation for repetitive test cases to improve efficiency and reliability.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to testing best practices and process improvements in Agile environments.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in manual test case execution and reporting.

Strong knowledge of test management tools and defect tracking.

Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple teams.

Experience in automation of test cases for repetitive tasks.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
