About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in application testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our mobile and/or web applications through comprehensive manual and/or automated testing. Key Responsibilities Perform end-to-end testing of mobile and/or web applications. Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios. Identify, log, track, and verify bugs using defect tracking tools. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings. Ensure timely release of high-quality applications. Contribute to improving QA processes, standards, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in software/application testing. Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes. Hands-on experience in manual testing (mobile/web apps). Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.). Good understanding of API testing tools (e.g., Postman) is a plus. Basic knowledge of automation tools (Selenium/Appium or similar) is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology. Exposure to performance or security testing is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
