The Manager, Solution Quality Assurance and Governance will report to the Director, Risk Intelligence and Analytics in Global Risk Intelligence and Technology (GRIT) function, supporting Global Risk mission and vision. The role will be responsible for delivering a range of functional capabilities, including but not limited to performance optimization, testing of reporting and automated solutions, analytics, and troubleshooting of technical solutions (such as dashboards, apps and automated workflows). This also involves collaborating with development teams to implement enhancements, ensuring seamless user experience, and supporting the development and execution of strategic roadmaps for the function. The incumbent’s role will focus on driving efficiency and reliability in reporting and automated solutions. This involves conducting performance testing, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with development teams to implement enhancements that ensure optimal functionality and user experience. Key Responsibilities: Sets solutions or products performance benchmarks, in terms of response time, latency, throughput, load, scalability, stress, robustness.
