Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer with deep experience in functional testing of Amdocs systems and a strong grasp of automation frameworks and tools. The role involves validating complex BSS/OSS workflows, building scalable test automation suites, and ensuring robust quality in system integrations and customer-facing functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze requirements, design documents, and use cases to define clear and thorough test scenarios. Design and develop automated test cases for functional and integration testing using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, Java, Python, RestAssured). Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and ensure test coverage for Amdocs modules such as Billing, Ordering, CRM, Catalog, and Customer Care. Perform API automation testing for REST/SOAP services using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI. Execute test suites in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and report results. Perform regular regression testing and sanity checks during code deployments.
