Salary: USD 60,000–65,000 per year
Role & seniority: eCommerce Testing Specialist; mid-level (3+ years in e‑commerce/CRO)
Stack/tools: A/B and multivariate testing tools (Monetate preferred; Optimizely/Google Optimize a plus); web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics); JIRA; data visualization/ dashboards
Own end-to-end CRO on GNC.com: build hypotheses, prioritize, execute tests, and perform post-test analysis
Manage testing roadmap/priorities aligned to business goals; own test execution in JIRA (requirements, owners, launch dates, QA)
Analyze results, translate insights into recommendations, build dashboards, and communicate performance to stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Business, or related field
3+ years in e-commerce with proven CRO/digital testing experience
Strong program/project management; data-driven with cohort analysis and site performance metrics
Experience with A/B/multivariate testing tools and web analytics platforms; excellent communication
Nice-to-haves: Monetate experience; additional testing tools familiarity; advanced data visualization skills
Location & work type: Hybrid in Pittsburgh, PA (2–3 days in-person; remote option); Full-time salary position

GNC is seeking an experienced eCommerce Specialist, Testing to join our ecommerce team and help us drive continuous improvement across our online platforms. In this role, you will focus on testing strategies that enhance user experience, improve site performance, and increase conversion rates. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, experience in testing platforms, and sharp project management abilities to create measurable business impact.
Own test execution in JIRA: define requirements, assign owners, set launch dates, and QA every release. Develop test hypotheses informed by customer insights, site analytics, and business objectives. Design, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests across GNC.com to improve site performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, eCommerce, marketing, and development teams to prioritize and launch tests. Monitor and analyze test results, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
