Role and responsibilities: We are seeking a Personalization Analyst to support A/B testing, personalization, site experience evaluation, and advanced data analysis for our ecommerce clients. This role will be instrumental in ensuring accurate data interpretation and actionable insights that drive optimization efforts. The ideal candidate has strong experience in GA4 infrastructure, SQL, and BigQuery, along with a deep understanding of ecommerce and personalization & A/B testing. They are clear and effective communicators who can build trust with business leaders by providing accurate, reliable, and meaningful analysis.
Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate site experience changes. Partner with UX, product, and development teams to identify testing opportunities. Provide data-backed recommendations to optimize site engagement, conversion rates, and user experience.
Ensure accurate GA4 tracking and infrastructure setup for all key user interactions and experiments. Use SQL to query and analyze large datasets in BigQuery.
