Translate the customer's business requirements into Intelligent Automation / RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions
Design, build, and configure applications utilizing automation tools to meet business process and application requirements
Maintain proper documentation for the solutions, test procedures, and scenarios
Participate in process reviews to ensure the highest level of process understanding prior to automation
Provide technical solutions, develop effort estimation, and define delivery strategy and plans
Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and prioritize proposed solutions
Perform detailed estimations of proposed automation process opportunities
Provide post-Go-Live support to Operations throughout stabilization phase
