Role & seniority: Experienced / Senior Test Analyst (Test Engineer)

Execute testing and debugging tasks using test devices and tools
Prepare clear, accurate test reports for internal and customer use
Perform product qualification/verification per defined standards; provide technical support; manage customer communications; collaborate to improve testing processes
2–7 years in software/hardware testing, technical support, or related IT/software roles
Bachelor’s degree in CS, CIS, Electronics, or related field
Ability to write clear, structured technical reports
Strong communication skills; proactive, analytical, detail-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Languages: Mandarin and English (spoken/written)
Experience with debugging, test tools, or technical troubleshooting
Knowledge of hardware/software integration testing

ACTIVITIES
Execute testing and debugging tasks using test devices and tools. Prepare clear and accurate test reports for internal and customer use. Perform product qualification and verification activities according to defined standards. Provide technical support and identifying and resolving issues efficiently. Manage customer communications related to technical matters, ensuring timely updates and problem resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to support continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.
JOB EXPERIENCE
2–7 years of experience in software or hardware testing, technical support, or related IT/Software roles. Experience with debugging, test tools, or technical troubleshooting is a plus but not mandatory.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, Electronics, or related field. Ability to write clear, structured technical reports. Strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams. Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Languages: Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
