Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers throughout the pre-sales and post-sales processes, including responding to technical inquiries and support requests, and offering technical guidance and assistance to customers’ in a timely manner. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Testing the functionality and reliability of developed hardware and software, identifying and resolving issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends Coordinate with the sales team and take initiative in identifying growth opportunities Document customer needs and create reports on product performance Provide developers with customers’ feedback to help identify potential new features or products Inform and train clients about products and their use effectively Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfill customers’ requirements Communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders Establish best practices
Qualifications
2+ year experience in a similar role Full professional fluency in English is required, as day-to-day client interactions are conducted in English. Arabic is considered an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies Familiarity with software development (C++) is a plus Familiarity with databases (SQL) Excellent technical problem-solving, analytical skills, and reasoning ability Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Must be self-motivated and a great team player Ability to work independently and as part of a team An ability to gasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions
