You will ideally have experience working as a Technical Test Analyst or Test Engineer within a Consultancy Firm or Solutions Vendor to the Finance Sector. Description NextWave are looking for a Technical Test Analyst specialising in Automate Pro. This role will utilise the Automate Role product suite and best practice testing techniques including advanced test design, coverage monitoring, test automation, and continuous integration. A track record of delivering Automate Pro projects would be desirable as well as an aptitude for either technical or financial services focused delivery. This career opportunity is open to our location in the UK, based in London. Additional testing opportunities outside of our Automate Pro practice will also be available, offering the successful applicant exposure to large-scale financial services transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand Service Now ITSM and Automate Pro technical requirements and deliver best-fit test automation solutions. Own the quality and timely delivery of test work packages within an Automate Pro project activity, such as a release, sprint or functional area - including the preparation and execution of testing activities. Utilise technical skillset to provide best-fit Automate Pro frameworks Design, build and execute Automate Pro and ServiceNow tests to provide demonstrable and appropriate test coverage and traceability. Profile data and analyze results (including source to target extraction/comparison), and propose solutions for test accelerators and enhancements. Identify, log and resolve defects. Work with environment management teams to provision and refresh reference and transactional test data. Maintain quality assurance standards and tools to conform to test strategies. Produce documentation, or run collaborative review sessions, to communicate important information as needed. Essential: Automate Pro

Nice to have: Selenium with Python or Java, SQL, Postman/API/Rest Assured, Microsoft ADO, NoSQL, XML, JSON, Swift, MQ Series or similar, Excel/VBA, CICD and Build tools such as Jenkins and Maven Creative thinker and problem solver. Ability to work in Waterfall and Agile environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills (English). Excellent attention to detail.
