Role & seniority: Sr Test Automation Engineer (with Manual Testing)
Stack / tools: Automation frameworks (UI, Functional, API, Back-end); Selenium with Java or Python; Azure DevOps or similar defect management/CI-CD; Testing Lifecycles, Agile frameworks
Lead testing activities across multi-functional and multi-regional teams to ensure product quality
Design and develop test cases for functional and non-functional domains; manage test scope, environments, plans, and metrics
Oversee test execution, review reports, interpret data, and recommend product/design changes; contribute to internal quality standards
Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field; 7+ years of relevant experience
Proficiency with testing lifecycles, standards, and Agile; hands-on experience building large-scale automation frameworks
Advanced scripting in Selenium with Java or Python; experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools; strong analytical, detail-oriented approach
Knowledge of Quality Management techniques
Experience in global, multi-regional projects
Ability to balance manual testing with automation for end-to-end coverage
