Position: Quality Assurance Analyst I

Location: St. Paul, MN (HYBRID)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position

  • As a Quality Assurance Analyst I, at West Shore Home, you will identify and execute high impact improvements that unlock new product opportunities and ensure the reliability, predictability, maintainability, and scalability of West Shore Home's digital product portfolio.

Key Role Accountabilities

  • Test and analyze our digital products to ensure they meet the company standards of quality software.
  • Develop, create, and execute test plans for digital products.
  • Ensure that the acceptance criteria of the user stories are met.
  • Identify and report defects through ticket tracking software.
  • Spot and communicate areas of improvement to the digital product team.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years of software quality assurance experience with mobile and/or web applications.
  • Proven experience with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, Appium, Selenium, and related technologies.
  • Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic office environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail along with excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with multiple cross functional teams.

Compensation

  • The approximate salary range for this position is $63,000-$85,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
