This role is focused on hands-on development of automated testing solutions and technical ownership of quality engineering deliverables within large-scale enterprise projects. The ideal candidate is a strong coder who can build, execute, and maintain automation solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met. Responsibilities Lead and oversee quality engineering elements within large-scale enterprise projects from a technical perspective Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution quality and compliance with standards Design, develop, and maintain test automation for web applications, RESTful APIs, and databases Execute automated tests using Java, TestNG, and Selenium WebDriver Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and version control systems like Git Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level team members, promoting QA best practices Apply agile and design methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean, Agile) to improve processes and outcomes Take ownership of automation deliverables, ensuring quality objectives and deadlines are met Qualifications 8+ years of experience in test automation and database validation Strong programming skills with Java for automation development Ability to lead technical initiatives and coordinate QA activities on complex projects Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical issues and solutions across teams Proactive mindset toward learning new technologies and tools Responsible, collaborative, and solution-oriented attitude Location: MEX Work-at-Home Language Requirements: Time Type: Full time If you are a California resident, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and have access to the Job Applicant Privacy Notice for California Residents Mission: Hi, we're Concentrix.
