Responsibilities Join our Trust & Safety team as a Working Student QA Engineer and help us ensure the integrity, reliability, and safety of our platform. You’ll work closely with our Analysts and Engineers to test and validate features that protect users and uphold our standards. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality assurance while contributing to a mission-driven team focused on user safety and platform trust. Support the QA process for Trust & Safety features, including manual and automated testing. Execute test cases, report bugs, and collaborate with developers to ensure timely fixes. Assist in maintaining and improving test documentation, testcase management, and QA workflows. Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to understand feature requirements and testing scope. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and tools. Requirements You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies. Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Go, Python) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
