We're recruiting on behalf of a prestigious end user organisation in Raleigh, North Carolina, known for its cutting-edge technology platforms and commitment to operational excellence. What You'll Do

• Design and execute manual test plans for complex, distributed systems across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, DevOps, and product owners to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Analyse system behaviours and identify edge cases in asynchronous, multi-threaded environments.
• Document test results, defects, and provide actionable feedback to engineering teams.
• Participate in regression testing, release validation, and continuous improvement of QA processes.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in manual QA testing within distributed systems (microservices, cloud-native architectures, etc.).
• Strong understanding of system integration, data flows, and backend validation.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Postman, and SQL for test documentation and validation.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
