If you love building clean systems, automating messy workflows, and making tools actually talk to each other, this role is for you.
We’re looking for a mid-level Sales Systems & HubSpot Integrations Engineer who can own our HubSpot automations, API integrations, and internal data flows. Your mission is simple but critical: remove manual work, keep data clean, and make our systems scale as the business grows.
This isn’t a support role. This is a builder role. You’ll design, implement, and maintain the automations and integrations that Sales and Operations rely on every day.
What You’ll Do
API & Integration Development
Designs and implements HubSpot API integrations, including CRM objects, custom objects, webhooks, and workflows. Builds and maintains integrations using Make (Integromat), Zapier, or similar automation platforms. Connects HubSpot with third-party APIs such as data enrichment tools, scraping platforms, and internal systems. Handles authentication, rate limits, retries, monitoring, and error logging with care and precision.
Automation & Workflow Engineering
Data Quality & System Design
Designs data models and object relationships inside HubSpot. Implements deduplication rules, validation logic, and data governance standards. Ensures data consistency across systems during syncs and updates. Documents APIs, workflows, and overall system architecture clearly.
Collaboration & Ownership
Works closely with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Acts as the technical owner of HubSpot integrations and automation logic. Continuously improves system reliability, performance, and scalability.
What You Bring
3 to 6 years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or systems integration. Hands-on experience building API integrations or internal automation systems. Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, HTTP, and OAuth. Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). Experience using low-code or automation tools like Make or Zapier. Strong problem-solving skills and a systems-thinking mindset. The ability to work independently and take technical ownership.
Nice to Have
Experience with data enrichment or scraping tools (e.g., Captain Data). Experience supporting internal business or revenue operations systems. Familiarity with B2B workflows and internal tooling. Ability to write custom scripts using Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
