This role sits at the intersection of operations, AI, and automation, focused on analyzing internal workflows and building automations that drive measurable impact across functions like Operations, HR, finance, legal, Sales, Marketing and IT. You’ll work on projects like process mapping, Gen-AI maturity assessments, HubSpot automation, and FinOps tracking, using tools like Zapier, Make, N8N, and support the exploration and implementation of agentic AI workflows, creating autonomous flows that combine LLMs with business logic, integrated tools, and task execution. This is a mix of Operations, GenAI and Industrial Engineering Role helping bring GenAI capabilities into Enterprises and Startups customers. Key responsibilities ● Analyze and document current business workflows across multiple departments ● Identify automation opportunities and build smart, secure workflows like Zapier/Make/N8N . ● Create, maintain and analyse Gen-AI maturity assessments ● Automate HubSpot tracking and connect CRM data with AI systems ● Build basic financial tracking dashboards and help manage FinOps processes ● Ensure solutions align with enterprise-level security, reliability, and usability ● Customer success management ensuring high satisfaction and growth
