Role & seniority: IT Testing Engineer II; Senior QA with 5+ years of experience
Stack/tools: SQL; Azure; Azure DevOps (VSTS); Jira; Xray; Confluence; Excel; test management; knowledge of automation tools and performance testing tools; Agile/SDLC methodologies
Lead release testing coordination and execution; define Release Test Plans and entry/exit criteria
Create test models (plans, data, scripts), maintain standards, and manage defects through to closure
Analyze requirements, develop data/test environments, and communicate results to customers/vendors
5+ years in QA/Specialist testing; experience with test plans, estimates, schedules, and test strategies
SQL-based data validations; database and batch job testing
SDLC experience; ability to design/develop/test/debug test artifacts
Health Insurance domain knowledge (pharmacy, claims, PBM, ICD codes, Medicare/Medicaid)
Effective communication; Agile/ Scrum/ iterative/ waterfall experience; defect/tracker reporting
AI tools for automation; industry-standard automated testing and performance testing tools
Additional Azure/Confluence familiarity; advanced reporting (Status/Defect reports)
