• What you’ll do
• Define and lead QOCO’s test automation strategy
• Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks (Robot Framework + Python)
• Evaluate and integrate AI-native testing processes and tooling
• Drive automation planning across projects and teams
• Lead integration, regression, UI, API, and performance testing initiatives
• Collaborate closely with developers and tech leads to embed quality early in the SDLC
• Define quality metrics, increase test coverage, and elevate release confidence across engineering
• Mentor and support QA engineers as we continue to grow
• What we’re looking for
• 5+ years in QA and test automation, with clear ownership experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and Robot Framework
• Solid understanding of automation architecture and planning
• Curiosity and experience exploring AI-assisted testing approaches
• Experience with REST API testing, UI testing, and system-level testing
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)
• Ability to think strategically while staying hands-on
• Fluent English (we’re a very international team)
