Role Overview
We are looking for a Manager β QA Automation to lead automation strategy and execution within the Global Professional Services QA function.
This role is responsible for building scalable automation frameworks, governing quality standards across enterprise implementations, and enabling predictable, high-confidence customer go-lives across regions including North America, EMEA, APAC, and ANZ.
You will collaborate closely with Delivery, Product, and Engineering teams to embed automation-first practices that keep pace with Phenomβs innovation velocity and ensure every customer deployment β across the US, Europe, Middle East, and Australia β meets our benchmarks for quality and performance.

Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Playwright automation. Proficiency in Java or Python. Strong expertise in API testing and integration validation. Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling. Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS platforms and configuration-driven systems. Experience in data validation and automated configuration testing.
