Position

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA / QA Manager to lead quality assurance strategy and execution across complex enterprise and cloud-based systems. This role will suit someone with a strong hands-on QA background who has progressed into leadership, test strategy, and cross-team delivery.

You will play a key role in embedding quality across the SDLC, driving automation, and ensuring high-quality releases across both BAU and large transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

QA Leadership & Strategy

Own and define end-to-end QA and test strategy across projects and production releases Establish and evolve QA standards, methodologies, and best practices Drive a strong quality-first culture across engineering, product, and delivery teams Define and report on quality KPIs and metrics for senior stakeholders

Test Management & Delivery

Lead test planning, execution, monitoring, and sign-off for complex systems Manage regression testing strategies, including automated coverage Oversee functional, integration, system, security, UAT and end-to-end testing

Automation & Tooling

Champion test automation across UI and API layers Select, implement, and optimise tools such as Qualify, Selenium, Postman Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process improvement

Team & Stakeholder Management

Lead, mentor, and develop QA engineers and test leads Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, SME’s and project managers Coordinate with third-party vendors and offshore teams Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality status clearly to senior stakeholders
