Lead the testing strategy, planning, and test execution across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions through effective test design, automation, and coordination between business, development, and QA teams.
Key Responsibilities: Define and implement test strategy, test plans, and test cases based on business and technical requirements. Lead and manage end-to-end QA activities across functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT phases. Coordinate and supervise QA teams (onsite/offshore) across the program to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Drive test automation initiatives and ensure CI/CD integration with automated test suites. Manage defect triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution with cross-functional teams. Create test cases, perform QA validation Review and validate test cases and test scenarios created by the QA teams Ensure test coverage and requirement traceability Track and report QA metrics (test coverage, defect density, pass rate, etc.) to stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with Project Owners, Developers, Scrum Masters and Project Managers to align testing activities with project goals. Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and compliance requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA methodologies and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Engineering, or related field. 6+ years of QA experience (manual and automation);
