Join a well-established organisation undergoing significant digital and cloud transformation. This is a senior leadership role where you will own QA strategy, embed quality across the SDLC, and drive automation across complex enterprise systems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and define end-to-end QA and test strategy.
• Embed QA standards, governance, and best practice.
• Lead test planning, execution, and release sign-off.
• Drive automation across UI and API layers.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee functional, integration, system, security, UAT, and E2E testing.
• Define and report on quality KPIs to senior stakeholders.
• Lead and develop QA engineers and test leads.
• Coordinate releases across multiple teams and environments.
• Manage test environments across enterprise and cloud platforms.

What You'll Bring

• Extensive experience in QA or software delivery as Senior QA, QA Lead, or QA Manager.
• Strong background in manual and automated testing.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall environments.
• Enterprise systems, APIs, cloud platform testing experience.
• Demonstrate success in leading QA teams and influencing delivery outcomes.

You're Technical Skills

• Automation tools such as Selenium, Katalon.
• API testing using Postman.
• Azure and Azure DevOps exposure.
• Experience working across Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management.
• ISTQB, PRINCE2 or relevant qualification, desirable.
