Collaborate with cross-functional teams (dev, BA, product, stakeholders), track defects, provide quality metrics, and drive process/automation improvements
4+ years QA experience with CG/CG Cloud, TPM, retail execution; functional, integration, and regression testing
Understanding of CG business processes (promotions, pricing, claims, settlements, distributor management, retail execution)
