Perform Salesforce data migration and API/integration testing; validate data, API calls, and batch jobs across systems (Salesforce/eCommerce and Oracle Cloud)

Responsibilities

Requirements
Experience with Salesforce data migration and API/integration testing Experience with multi-channel commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Shopify) Experience with payment gateway integrations, OMS (Order Management Systems), and inventory workflows Experience with payment source types, cancellations, returns, late payments handling processes, reactivation of product subscriptions scenarios, promo pricing, taxation elements, global retail sales (transactions and ship-to global delivery models) Experience with user testing around products/skus, pricing APIs, lead generation, online retail purchasing based on subscriptions, recurring billing processes, integration points from Salesforce into eCommerce cloud and some understanding of the downstream flows to Oracle for invoicing, J/E, G/L Understanding the various sync/integration checkpoints from lead Marketing efforts to Salesforce cloud, following the transaction into Oracle revenue and financial reporting
Deep understanding of all phases of SDLC: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance Full knowledge of the various test cycles (SIT, E2E, and UAT testing), plus regression testing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and risk management Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities Strong ability to design, execute, and manage test cases (manual and automated)
Oracle Cloud Integration

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
