Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with 4–7 years of experience in ServiceNow testing and SAP Finance modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of ServiceNow applications, integrations, and financial workflows in an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for ServiceNow applications. Validate implementations across CSM, Integration Hub, and ITSM modules. Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business requirements. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables. Test end-to-end integrations between ServiceNow and external systems including SAP Finance modules. Identify, track, and manage defects using defect tracking tools. Prepare test plans, test data, and test summary reports. Support UAT activities and ensure timely defect resolution. Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices.
Mandatory Skills
Strong experience in ServiceNow QA/testing. Hands-on experience with CSM, ITSM, and Integration Hub. Experience testing integrations with SAP Finance modules (FI/CO or related). Good understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC. Experience in API/integration testing. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good to Have
Automation testing exposure (Selenium or ServiceNow ATF). Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology. Experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations.
Eligibility
Experience: 4–7 years (relevant QA experience). Strong communication skills for client interaction (UK stakeholders). Immediate to 30 days joiners preferred.
