Description

We are seeking a ServiceNow AI Tester with a strong development mindset, not a pure manual QA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and automation testing, with the ability to design, build, and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) scripts and validate AI-enabled ServiceNow workflows.

This role requires someone who can write code, automate tests, and work closely with developers to ensure high-quality, scalable ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute automated test cases using ServiceNow ATF Write and maintain test scripts for ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations Test AI-driven ServiceNow features such as Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and intelligent workflows Perform functional, regression, and integration testing Use automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks where applicable Collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams throughout the SDLC Debug defects and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution Maintain test documentation and continuously improve test coverage and quality Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated test execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer Proven expertise with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) Proficiency in JavaScript, scripting, and ServiceNow APIs Solid understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Custom Applications Experience testing custom workflows, integrations, and AI-enabled features Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development environments Ability to think like a developer and test like an automation engineer
