Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for ServiceNow modules, workflows, and AI features
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing; validate AI/MLĺč˝ (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence)
Automate test cases with ATF, ensure data integrity, log defects, and track issues in JIRA/ServiceNow; collaborate with developers, BAs, and product owners; drive QA process improvements
Proven QA testing experience on the ServiceNow platform
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF and test automation concepts
Knowledge of AI features within ServiceNow (preferred)
