Job Title: Sr. Automation Test Engineer

Location: Chennai (Sipcot IT Park, Siruseri )

Mode of Work: WFO

Must Have

• Automation, Selenium, Python and Pytest

We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer (SDET) to design, develop, and maintain high-quality automated testing solutions across our UI, API, and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality, experienced in Python-based automation frameworks, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

🔧 Tools & Technologies

UI Automation: Python, Selenium- Pytest, Unittest

API Testing: Postman/Newman, Python requests

Mobile Automation: Appium

Performance Testing: JMeter, Locust

Version Control: GitHub

CI/CD: GitHub Actions, CircleCI

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and maintain automated test suites for UI, API, and mobile applications using the existing automation framework.

• Improve framework stability, performance, reporting, parallel execution, and overall maintainability.

• Execute automated test suites in CI/CD pipelines and debug, triage, and document failures with clear, actionable defect reports.

• Collaborate closely with QA, Engineering, and Product teams to understand requirements, define test strategies, and ensure robust coverage.

• Develop reusable automation components including page objects, utilities, and helper functions to support scalability.

• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and promote best practices in automation.

• Provide ongoing visibility into automation progress, coverage, risks, and technical blocked
