Role & seniority: Senior QA Lead (leadership role; coordinates QA activities across teams)
Stack/tools: QA/testing disciplines (functional, integration, regression); testing traceability; defect triage; automation experience/interest a plus; Virtual Response Unit/Contact Center testing a plus; no specific tools mandated
Lead QA team for a large transformational project; coordinate planning, execution, and recap of testing efforts
Oversee quality across all project phases (requirement review, test script prep, test execution, recap) and manage risks/technical debt
Manage resources, test coverage, traceability, PLC tollgates, and communicate status/risk to stakeholders; foster collaboration with Tech Lead, PM, and client
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 3+ years QA experience; strong organizational and leadership ability
Deep knowledge of QA practices, risk-based testing, and test automation coverage
Excellent communication, analytical skills, and ability to drive delivery across teams
Automation experience or interest; exploratory testing expertise
Experience with Virtual Response Unit/Contact Center testing
Location & work type: Onsite, Brooklyn, OH; contract role expected to last 6 months; pays $45–$50 per hour
