Under the direction of the Regional Director performs complex quality control analysis review work. Assists in identifying trends or problems in office or regional level production and recommends appropriate changes for solutions. Reviews and reports on the region’s compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and policies.

Function Description
Functions as a quality control/case review analyst; identifies trends or problems and recommends appropriate changes
Completes case readings and contacts various sources to validate information
Serves on committees and work groups to provide input on the development of policies, procedures and standards
Conducts timely reviews and reports findings to assist in the development of action plans
Provides training and technical assistance to office staff
Develops information management systems to collect and analyze program performance data
Assists Field Offices as needed with developing and deploying customized macros
May serve as Notary Public
Assesses child support cases to determine appropriate action
Researches case information on the computer, including in the ChAMP system; maintains current knowledge of child support policies and procedures, Texas Family Law, federal regulations and other states’ IV-D regulations
Documents all actions taken
Performs related work as assigned

Qualifications
Education: Graduation from high school or equivalent
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; experience in the following (or closely related) fields may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis: Child Support Program, investigations, customer service, and auditing
Experience: Two (2) years of full-time experience working in the following (or closely related) fields: Child Support Program, investigations, and auditing
Knowledge of Child Support Program policies and procedures
Skill in handling multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines
Skill in effective oral and written communication
Skill in exercising sound judgment and effective decision making
Ability to receive and respond positively to constructive feedback
Ability to work cooperatively with others in a professional office environment
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Ability to work in person at assigned OAG work location, perform all assigned tasks at designated OAG work space within OAG work location, and perform in-person work with coworkers (e.g., collaborating, training, mentoring) for the entirety of every work week (unless on approved leave)
Ability to arrange for personal transportation for business-related travel
Ability to work more than 40 hours as needed and in compliance with the FLSA
Ability to lift and relocate 30 lbs.
Ability to travel (including overnight travel) up to 5%
Preferred Qualifications
