Role & seniority: Quality Control / Case Review Analyst (mid-level) in the Office of the Attorney General, Child Support Division; internal OAG employees only.
Stack/tools: ChAMP case system; Excel; WordPerfect 10; macros; knowledge of Texas IV-D regulations, Texas Family Law.
Conduct complex quality control analyses, identify trends/problems, and recommend actions.
Complete case readings, validate information, and report findings to aid action plans.
Provide training/technical assistance, develop procedures/policies, and develop information management systems; assist Field Offices with macros as needed.
Education: high school diploma or equivalent; BA preferred.
2 years’ experience in Child Support, investigations, or auditing.
Strong multitasking, oral/written communication, and sound judgment.
Ability to provide customer service, work in person at an OAG location, and comply with work schedule.
Ability to travel up to 5%, lift 30 lbs, and work more than 40 hours as needed.
Bachelor’s degree; auditing/investigating experience; proficiency with Excel and WordPerfect 10; experience with ChAMP and Macros; Spanish language proficiency.
