  • Advanced Windows Server administration and virtualization troubleshooting in complex enterprise environments

  • Ability to script/automate test cases and work with QA lifecycle tools

Nice-to-haves

Join a technology organization operating in the prepackaged computer software and workspace solutions industry, delivering enterprise-grade platforms that power modern digital work environments.

This role is designed for a technically grounded QA Engineer who began their career in IT Support or Infrastructure Administration and transitioned into quality engineering—bringing real-world systems knowledge into structured, repeatable test strategy.

You will work across multiple operating systems and web browsers, uncovering defects, strengthening test coverage, and collaborating closely with Development to drive high-quality releases.

This is an opportunity to combine hands-on troubleshooting expertise with disciplined QA methodology in a highly technical product ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in a technically focused QA Engineering role, with prior hands-on background in IT Support or Infrastructure Administration Strong expertise in Active Directory and Group Policy (AD/GPO), along with mandatory experience in VMware vSphere, ESXi, and/or Horizon

Experience scripting or automating test cases to improve regression and release validation processes

Advanced knowledge of Windows Server administration and virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V, Citrix environments), with proven troubleshooting capability in complex enterprise systems

Desired Skills & Experience

Familiarity with QA lifecycle tools such as Microsoft Test Manager, JIRA, Confluence, TestRails, or similar platforms Working knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS, and JSON
