Job Summary
Responsible for planning and executing functional, system, and regression testing to ensure software quality. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to validate business and customer workflows, identify defects, and support timely releases. Contributes to test design, review of requirements, and mentoring junior testers.

Key Responsibilities
6-8 Years’ experience in the software industry with experience in testing. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Identify, document, and manage software defects and issues, working closely with development teams to prioritize and resolve them. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Conduct regression testing to ensure ongoing software stability. Stay current with industry best practices, emerging testing trends, and tools. Continuously improve and optimize test processes to enhance software quality.
Qualifications
bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in software testing, and quality assurance. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications
ISTQB or other relevant certifications. Experience in the healthcare domain. Knowledge on test automation, performance and load testing. Experience in various Software Development Methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, and V-
