About the Assignment In this assignment, you will act as a hands-on Quality Assurance partner, supporting teams and delivery stakeholders to make quality practices practical, adopted, and measurable. You will bridge governance expectations with day-to-day execution in agile teams and delivery flows, with a strong focus on integration readiness and sustainable ways of working. You will serve as a quality “conscience” in programs and deliveries—helping ensure agreed processes are used in practice and not bypassed when pressure increases. Job Description Embed QA principles into agile ceremonies, development workflows, and integration practices Support and adapt QA ways of working to different vendor delivery models Coach teams in risk-based thinking and early quality checks Strengthen dependency management and integration readiness across teams Facilitate quality readiness reviews ahead of key releases Perform go-live quality assessments and follow up on outcomes Establish and maintain post-release quality feedback loops to drive continuous improvement Requirements Strong delivery background within development, integration, or architecture Ability to build credibility with engineers and project/program stakeholders Pragmatic approach to quality assurance, focused on adoption and outcomes rather than bureaucracy Application Selections are made on an ongoing basis, so we recommend that you apply as soon as possible.
