About the Assignment In this assignment, you will own and evolve a Quality Assurance framework for a technology architecture workstream. The focus is on quality governance and assurance across development, integration and platform change—not on managing test execution. You will define how quality is assured throughout delivery, establish safeguards and KPIs, and act as a second line of defense for delivery quality in a complex enterprise environment. Job Description Define QA governance across the development lifecycle, integration lifecycle, DVM lifecycle and platform changes Establish quality safeguards such as quality gates, mandatory reviews and key control points (design, integration, cutover, go-live) Define and own a QA operating model alongside the platform enablement function Set up clear ownership for quality (e.g., RACI) across teams and stakeholders Define Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) from an assurance perspective Introduce and run assurance mechanisms such as independent reviews, readiness assessments and risk-based quality checks Define quality KPIs and leading indicators and drive follow-up on outcomes Act as a second line of defense for delivery quality Align QA ways of working with Architecture, Security, Risk and Compliance Requirements Senior, authoritative profile with strong confidence working with governance Strong experience in SDLC, integration and enterprise delivery Ability to define how quality is assured across delivery (not a test manager/test execution role) Application Selections are made on an ongoing basis, so we recommend that you apply as soon as possible.
