Requirements Strong academic background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline Experience in test engineering, ideally with a focus on automated software testing Solid understanding of complex systems involving software, hardware, firmware, and device interfaces Hands-on experience validating integrated systems and real hardware Structured, analytical, and quality driven working style with strong root cause analysis capability-driven working style with strong cause analysis Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary R&D teams Excellent communication skills in English and German
