Salary: $63,300 - $69,850 / year
Role & seniority: Quality Engineer I (entry to early-career)
Stack/tools: Microsoft Office; EtQ software; data/risk analysis; lean methodologies (ESD, 6S); potential certifications (Six Sigma Yellow/Green, CSSQE, CSQA)
Maintain and improve quality system and documentation
Assist with internal audits and quality certifications
Conduct root cause analysis and implement robust corrective actions; review customer feedback; train/communicate with stakeholders
Engineering degree or 3–4-year diploma; 2–3 years related experience
Proficiency with MS Office
Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Strong presentation and communication skills
Six Sigma certification (Yellow/Green) or Certified Quality Engineer
Project management experience
Experience with EtQ, CSQA, and related IT/QA certifications
Location & work type: Phoenix, Arizona, USA; full-time; in-office (5 days/week)
